Each Contender will be carefully matched by weight and experience. When you sign up you will be offered an initial assessment session with one of our coaches so we know the level you are currently at. From here you will endure a 8 week training schedule with 3 sessions per week in our fully equipped boxing gym. Training will consist of pad work, technique, sparring, skipping and conditioning. The Training program is periodized so you will reach peak performance come fight night.
Your training will be constantly monitored by our expert coaches in order to achieve maximum results. nutrition plans are provided to give the real feel of a professional athlete. In the camp you will be training like a professional fighter, in addition programs will be given for days you can not attend the sessions.
