What is White Collar Boxing?

White Collar Boxing is a form of boxing where men and women in white collar professions train like a professional boxer to fight at special events.

Most have little or no previous experience of boxing. The trend originated in New York in the 1990s and has become more and more popular since. Fightstar holds several White Collar Boxing shows throughout the year and we are always looking for new people to take part. Participating in our White Collar Boxing events is an experience like no other. Nothing compares to the adrenaline of fighting like a professional in front of a 1000 spectators.

How is it different from the pros?

Professional boxers do 3 minute rounds with no head guard and lighter gloves. White collar contests are usually 3 x 2 minute rounds with all participants wearing full protection, including 16oz Gloves, Headgear and Groin protectors.
